पर साइन करने
होंगे। अगर कोई
ऐसा नहीं करता
है तो ऐसी
आंसरशीट का मूल्यांकन
नहीं होगा। वहीं,
परीक्षा के दिन
निर्धारित समय से
सिर्फ 5 मिनट पहले
ही प्रश्न पत्र
डाउनलोड हो सकेगा।
अगर किसी स्टूडेंट
ने गलत प्रश्न
पत्र डाउनलोड किया
और परीक्षा दी।
ऐसे स्टूडेंट की
सुनवाई कहीं नहीं
होगी।

सकती है। इसका
विशेष ध्यान रखें।

कुरुक्षेत्र विश्वविद्यालय परीक्षाओं के संदर्भ में, इसके द्वारा उम्मीदवारों को सूचित किया जाता है
अब http://onlinepaper.kuk.ac.in से सीधे अपने रोल नंबर डाउनलोड कर सकते हैं। इसके अलावा,
विश्वविद्यालय परीक्षा, प्रश्न पत्र, के संचालन से संबंधित विस्तृत निर्देश
एडमिट कार्ड, रेगुलर स्टूडेंट्स के लिए अलग से उत्तर पुस्तिकाओं का विवरण भी रखा गया है
साथ ही भूतपूर्व छात्र / डीडीई / निजी उम्मीदवार

नियमित छात्रों के लिए सामान्य निर्देश
1. छात्रों को नवीनतम डेट शीट से परीक्षाओं की तारीखों की जांच / सत्यापन करना होगा
विश्वविद्यालय की वेबसाइट
www.kuk.ac.in पर रखा गया है।
2. विश्वविद्यालय यूजी / पीजी के (पूर्ण पेपर + रीएपियर) की परीक्षाएं आयोजित करेगा
टर्मिनल सेमेस्टर / वर्ष। विश्वविद्यालय इसके लिए परीक्षाएं भी आयोजित करेगा
इंटरमीडिएट सेमेस्टर / वर्ष और प्रथम वर्ष (वार्षिक प्रणाली) के छात्रों को पुन: प्रकट करें
(पूर्ण कागजात + नियमित) नियमित / डीडीई / निजी उम्मीदवारों के।
3. एडमिट कार्ड / रोल नं। छात्रों के लॉगिन से भी डाउनलोड किया जा सकता है
संबंधित कॉलेज / विभाग / संस्थान से। छात्र अपनी रिपोर्ट देंगे
एडमिट कार्ड से संबंधित किसी भी मुद्दे के लिए संबंधित कॉलेज / विभाग / संस्थान।
4. प्रश्न पत्र
http://onlinepaper.kuk.ac.in से डाउनलोड किया जाएगा
सत्र के अनुसार परीक्षा के दिन छात्र (सुबह / शाम)
डेट शीट में उपलब्ध है। हालांकि, प्रश्न पत्र भी डाउनलोड किया जा सकता है
संबंधित कॉलेज / विभाग / संस्थान की आधिकारिक वेबसाइट से।
5. पेपर का प्रयास करने से पहले, छात्र यह सुनिश्चित करेगा कि सही प्रश्न
पेपर

6. छात्र द्वारा गलत प्रश्नपत्र का प्रयास करने की कोई शिकायत नहीं होगी

7. छात्र को नीली / काली कलम का ही उपयोग करना चाहिए।
8. किसी भी प्रश्न को चुनकर छात्र को 50% पेपर का प्रयास करना होगा।
हालांकि, छात्र यह भी सुनिश्चित करेगा कि उसने उत्तर देने का प्रयास किया है
50% अधिकतम अंक।
9. छात्र प्रश्नपत्र को डाउनलोड / नोट करेगा और प्रश्न हल करेगा

11. विद्यार्थी उत्तरपुस्तिका के प्रत्येक पृष्ठ पर अपने हस्ताक्षर भी करेगा।
बिना हस्ताक्षर के उत्तर पुस्तिका का मूल्यांकन नहीं किया जाएगा।
12. छात्र उत्तर पुस्तिका पर अपने मोबाइल नंबर का उल्लेख नहीं करेगा
अन्यथा इसे यूएमसी (अनफेयर मतलब केस) कहा जाएगा।
13. आवंटित समय परीक्षाओं के डाउनलोड के समय सहित 3 घंटे का होगा
उत्तर पुस्तिकाओं के ईमेल का प्रश्न पत्र।
14. छात्र अपने .pdf में पूरी तरह से प्रयास की गई उत्तरपुस्तिकाओं को ई-मेल करेगा
उनके संबंधित कॉलेज / विभाग / संस्थान के ईमेल आईडी पर प्रारूप।
15. उत्तर पुस्तिकाओं को .pdf प्रारूप में जमा करते समय, छात्रों को यह सुनिश्चित करना चाहिए
इसका पहला पृष्ठ एडमिट कार्ड है और उत्तर पुस्तिकाओं के शेष पृष्ठ चाहिए
पृष्ठ / सीरियल नं। वार (पी -1, पी -2, पी -3,… ..)।
16. किसी भी छात्र के पास मोबाइल फोन या नेटवर्क मुद्दों का सामना करने की स्थिति नहीं है; उस में
यदि वह अपने माता-पिता कॉलेज / विभाग / संस्थान से सहायता ले सकता है
प्रश्न पत्र की उपलब्धता और उत्तर पुस्तिकाओं का चित्रण।
17. यदि एक उम्मीदवार द्वारा चुने गए 2 विषयों में परीक्षा एक ही तिथि पर होती है, तो
छात्र को एक ही तिथि में दोनों प्रश्न पत्रों को हल करने की आवश्यकता होगी

निजी / डीडीई उम्मीदवारों / पूर्व छात्रों के लिए सामान्य निर्देश

3. उम्मीदवार अपने एडमिट कार्ड डाउनलोड करेंगे

4. प्रत्येक उम्मीदवार को अपने नवीनतम पासपोर्ट आकार के फोटो और स्थान को सत्यापित करना आवश्यक है
एडमिट कार्ड पर उसके हस्ताक्षर।
5. उम्मीदवार को अपने प्रश्न पत्र को डाउनलोड करना आवश्यक है

Instructions for Examinations Sept. 2020
In continuation to the earlier
notifications/letters issued by the Kurukshetra University,
Kurukshetra in context of the university
examinations, it is hereby notified that the candidates
can now download their roll numbers directly
from http://onlinepaper.kuk.ac.in. Furthermore,
detailed instructions pertaining to the
conduct of university examinations, question paper,
admit cards, deposition of answer books has
also been placed separately for Regular Students
as well Ex-students/DDE/Private Candidates at
http://onlinepaper.kuk.ac.in.
General Instructions for Regular Students
1. Students must check/verify the dates of
examinations from the latest date sheet
placed on the university website
www.kuk.ac.in.
2. The university will conduct the
examinations of (Full paper + Reappear) of UG/PG
Terminal Semester/Year. The university shall
also conduct examinations for
Reappear students of intermediate
semester/year and 1st year (Annual System)
(Full papers + Reappear) of
Regular/DDE/Private Candidates.
3. The Admit Cards/Roll no. can be downloaded
from the students’ login as well as
from the respective
College/Department/Institute. The students shall report to their
respective College/Department/Institute for
any issues related to Admit Cards.
4. The question paper shall be downloaded
from http://onlinepaper.kuk.ac.in by the
student on the day of examination according
to the session (morning/evening)
available in the date sheet. However, the
question paper can also be downloaded
from the official website of the respective
College/Department/Institute.
5. Before attempting the paper, the student
shall ensure that the correct question
paper has been downloaded from
http://onlinepaper.kuk.ac.in or from the official
website of the respective
College/Department/Institute.
6. No complaint for attempting wrong question
paper by the student will be
entertained later on.
7. The student must use blue/black pen only.
8. The student will be required to attempt
50% paper by choosing any questions.
However, the student shall also ensure that
he/she has attempted answer carrying
50% of maximum marks.
9. The student will download/note down the
question paper & will solve the question
paper on A-4 size paper in his/her own
handwriting (specimen available on
www.kuk.ac.in ) and maximum page limit would
be 20.
10. The student will attempt questions serial
no. wise and will write page no. , roll no.
and paper code on every page of the answer
book.
11. The student shall also place his/her
signatures on every page of the answer book.
Answer Sheet without signatures shall not be
evaluated.
12. The student shall not mention his/her
mobile number/(s) on the answer sheet
otherwise it will be termed as UMC (Unfair
means Case).
13. The time allotted will be 3 hours for
examinations including time of downloading of
question paper to emailing of answer books.
14. The student shall e-mail his/her
completely attempted answer books in the .pdf
format on the email id (s) of their
respective College/Deptt./Institute.
15. While submitting the answer books in .pdf
format, the students should ensure that
its first page is the admit card and the
remaining pages of the answer sheets should
be page/serial no. wise (P-1, P-2, P-3,…..).
16. In case any student does not have mobile
phones or facing network issues; in that
case he/she can seek help from his/her parent
College/Deptt./Institute regarding
availability of question paper and deposition
of answer books.
17. If the examination in 2 subjects opted by
a candidate falls on the same date, then the
student will be required to attempt both the
question papers on same date within
the prescribed time period.

General Instructions for Private/DDE
Candidates/Ex-students
1. Candidates must check/verify the dates of

examination according to the session

sheet.
6. Before attempting the paper, the candidate

Strict
guidelines issued: Question paper will be uploaded from KUK's site on exam day,
students will have to sign on every page of answer sheet
During
the higher education examination, students have to sign on every page of the
20-page answer sheet. If no one does so, such an answer sheet will not be
evaluated. At the same time, the question paper will be downloaded only 5
minutes before the scheduled time of exam day. If a student downloaded the
wrong question paper and took the exam. Such students will not be heard
anywhere.
A guideline has been released by the
university regarding the exam. Controller of Examinations Dr. HS Kang says that
all students should download the question paper carefully. Read the
instructions on the roll number first. Then start answering. There may also be
a hasty mistake. Take special care of it. The responsibility of the student has
been fixed for the examination on online mode.

Roll
number cum admit cards have been uploaded on the site by the university. For
this, the roll number column is given on the site. In this column, the roll
number will be displayed as soon as the name and class is filled. Take a print
out of it, put a photo on it and upload it along with the answer sheet on the
exam day.

has to upload the answer sheet A Four Size at

to be completed only. No extra time has been given by the University for this.

e-mailed. For this she is going to CCS. Everyone knows how internet speed is.
The university should allow extra time for upload. So that the student can get

Student responsible if downloaded wrong question paper *

It has been written in the guideline given about the exam that the students
should download the paper carefully on the exam day. The answer was also given.
Such cases are not to be heard. Therefore, there is a need to work carefully.
Professor Sujata says that the online examination is taking place for the first
time. Therefore, students should take the exam with caution. Regular students
are sharing the exam related updates from the colleges on the WhatsApp group.
So that there is no problem during exam days. *
